Ms Jeni Giambona
Jeni is Research Manager for the Innovative Construction Research Centre (ICRC). Her primary task is to manage and coordinate research strategy within the ICRC, with a particular emphasis on the Health and Infrastructure Research and Innovation Centre (HaCIRIC). Jeni is responsible for the preparation of output statistics and reports relating to research activity and for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum research impact.
Jeni is also studying towards a PhD by researching meta-evaluation and how learning mechanisms work in different contexts and cultures.
Her research interests are also in the area of leadership development, management studies and learning, virtual teams and trust. Jeni also has an interest in the application of realist synthesis, narrative analysis and discourse analysis.
