Dr Hasan Haroglu
Hasan joined the ICRC as a Research Fellow in January 2010 working on the research project ‘Through-life Value Creation: Organising for Service-led Construction Projects’.Prior to his current role, Hasan was a Research Engineer appointed to an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) programme from December 2005 to November 2009. The programme was jointly launched by The Centre for Innovative and Collaborative Engineering (CICE) at Loughborough University and The Concrete Centre to investigate the structural frame decision-making process.During his tenure as Research Engineer in The Concrete Centre he was involved in modern concrete techniques and technologies, the decision-making process of building projects as well as modern procurement approaches. Hasan also holds an MSc degree in Construction Management from Loughborough University. Hasan’s research interests include design process, value management and engineering, project management, procurement and contract strategies.
